1. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Depending on the country from which the order is placed, times may vary. When you go to finalize your order, you will be able to see the information corresponding to shipping and delivery times before completing the purchase.
3. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ORDER IS LOST OR IF IT IS RETURNED?
Once an order is returned to us, we will refund the items in your order in full; however, all accrued shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
· Once an order is entered into our system, we will not be able to cancel your order.
· Once shipped, products cannot be edited or canceled.
