ORDER INFORMATION

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received it correctly and that we will proceed to manage the shipment.

If your order contains clothing from the BLON collection and Urban Roosters clothing, your order will be delayed a few more days.

We accept payments through Paypal, Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL and Bancontact for orders processed through the online store. All orders are processed on a secure server.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed in our system, it cannot be canceled or modified. To request a modification or cancellation of the order, you must contact us by sending an email to devoluciones@urbanroosters.com. We cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled once it has been entered into the system.

Urban Roosters reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to, orders that contain incorrect prices or product descriptions, orders that the customer is believed to have violated applicable law, and orders that may be harmful to its customers or its affiliates.

DISCOUNT ORDERS

All discounted orders cannot be returned or refunded.

BLON COLLECTION RETURNS - KAPPA

The maximum period to request an exchange or return is 14 days after receiving the order.

INTERNATIONAL returns are not available.

• Delivery within 2-3 business days maximum.

EUROPE / EUROPE

• Main destinations in Europe, between 48 and 72 hours with UPS express (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxenburg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland)

LATIN AMERICA

• Main destinations in America: 3-4 business days with DHL Express. Identification card number or identification document number required to make the shipment. This shipment may be subject to the corresponding customs process depending on the law of each country.
